She deals with intellectual property – she specializes in licence and open source agreements. She prepares and negotiates implementation and maintenance contracts. She also specializes in HR matters. She helps clients to choose the right form of cooperation with an employee.
Graduate of the University of Wrocław. She has completed postgraduate studies in Modern Technology Law at the Kozminski University in Warsaw. At present, she is pursuing post-graduate studies at the Katowice Business University, with the Data Protection Inspector specialisation. She is a member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Katowice.
She holds an ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management.
